This means whereas previously registered names under …com.au or …net.au, etc. can now be registered as domains directly under .AU.

Your customers with existing third-level .AU names may qualify for special registration opportunities of the corresponding .AU version, beginning today through September 20th. This is a huge opportunity to inform your customers and help them register their .AU domain names!

We are pleased to inform you that our scheduled OT&E maintenance was successfully completed on March 21.

Please note the following changes to our OT&E;

We have tidied up our OT&E, making it stronger and more streamlined for your testing.
We focused on 30 registry connections, a reduction from previous numbers though well concentrated to make sure key TLDs are covered.
We reduced the number of TLDs supported in our OT&E system. We have compiled a list of the OT&E TLDs that are supported, you can access this list here.
We have made changes to the endpoints and ports, along with enhancing the ciphers which are supported in the new OT&E environment. Please ensure that you update the endpoints and ports in your system accordingly and review the cipher list, in order to further connect via the APIs to our OT&E environment.

On April 4th at 14:00 UTC, we will be rolling out an updated version of our Control Panel based on a new framework. We recommend finishing your work 20 minutes in advance of this time, as you may get disconnected when it refreshes. While you will not see any noteworthy changes, we will provide a pop up reminder in your Control Panel 24hrs before the rollout time as a reminder.

We would like to inform you that in compliance with pending policy changes set by the CA/Browser (CA/B) Forum, Sectigo will deprecate the OU Field in all certificate products starting July 1, 2022.

At HEXONET, the OU Field will not be shown anymore, neither in API responses nor in the Web Interface. Also, any OU Fields stated will be ignored from our side. This behaviour is similar to DigiCert certificate products, for which the OU Field was deprecated last year. Thus, no change on your side is necessary to continue ordering and managing SSL certificates through HEXONET.

On April 25th, 2022, updates are coming for the following domain extensions: .BOND, .CFD, .SBS, and .CYOU. Here are the details.

.BOND will be receiving a premium name program with tiered pricing and a HIGH-HIGH pricing model on April 25. HIGH-HIGH pricing model means that domains registered for a premium rate will also be renewed at this premium price.
The .CFD & .SBS premium name program will be changing slightly on April 25. New tiers and pricing levels will be introduced, but they will keep the current HIGH-HIGH renewal model (i.e. domains registered for a premium rate will also be renewed at this premium price).
Starting on April 25, 2022, the price for .CYOU domain names will increase. This includes creating new .CYOU domain names, renewals, and transfers. Please check your account on April 25, 2022, to see your new pricing.
